Stand up and look at my avatar. Big worm, mouth open, human in black robe raising up arms (It's like she's summoning it or something....nah). The worm in your picture is from the game, which isn't perfectly reflective of the book. After all, nobody would be stupid enough to ATTACK a worm. With that equipment, at least.
