Because the call was made, I have answered it.

Re: Lore Discussion
Ah, Tornne. That little genocide causer. Does Loghaire know about Tornne?
Re: Lore Discussion
What call? Tornne knew Loghaire?
Those who seek war deserve for the war to find them.
Re: Lore Discussion
Tornne caused the plague that wiped out most of the Dwarves. Loghaire was one of the few remaining.

No.Deschain wrote:Tornne knew Loghaire?
He knows that a plague destroyed the Dwarves and that something malign caused it, but he does not know the source. I doubt any member of the Order does, actually.Blue.Frog wrote:Does Loghaire know about Tornne?

What (weapon/spell) hurts Greel most? He is mortal, right?
Does Glasse survive the Desert of Exile campaigns?
Myriad is a void creature, right? When did he came to Antivoid?

Re: Lore Discussion
Uhm, what hurts most things. There are no real weapon immunities in this story, very few.Deschain wrote:What (weapon/spell) hurts Greel most? He is mortal, right?
Yes.Deschain wrote:Does Glasse survive the Desert of Exile campaigns?
He is a voidwalker and came with Azzr to the Antivoid at the prelude to the first war.Deschain wrote:Myriad is a void creature, right? When did he came to Antivoid?

Re: Lore Discussion
What is Myriad the Voidwalker OF? And is he one of the Voidwalkers that is nearly/as strong as the Council, but simply wasn't picked at the time?

A part of it is in the "DoE Lore".Flameboy wrote:Where can I find the story -_-'

But as far as I've known, Dusk never began writing any book about all these stuff.
So, what does Mutuo looks like and why he followed the Order when he was a kid? (In the AotZ story) Does he have a reason or simply followed the Order because there was nothing to do?

In my mind or in the maps. Those are the only options thus far.FlameBoy wrote:Where can I find the story -_-'
Origins; and since you'll ask about his counterpart, Birth. I said procreation, but then I remembered that the opposite of destruction was creation and I didn't want anyone to be confused.VZManticoran wrote:What is Myriad the Voidwalker OF?
It's not a matter of "not being picked." It's tough to pick Myriad since he's a mindset, a thought, an entity. He's hardly a voidwalker like Exuro or Vertejaune, etc.VZManticoran wrote:And is he one of the Voidwalkers that is nearly/as strong as the Council, but simply wasn't picked at the time?
He followed Hanzaemon but got lost in a city. It was by extreme fortune that he found anyone, let alone Kisrug.assassingao wrote:So, what does Mutuo looks like and why he followed the Order when he was a kid?

Re: Lore Discussion
I have a question, not certain if its been addressed already:
the basic Bane troops - warriors of the bane, stalkers of the bane and cultists of the bane - are they actually Baneites (like Vela, Meridia and Rikter) or some other kind of creature?
If they are true Baneites, are they mutations of the standard Baneites or were they just the closest models to the theme?

Re: Lore Discussion
All of the creeps are "supposed" to be baneite or ash walkers, though model selection doesn't always make that a realistic possibility. I try to keep everything around the same flesh color, but that becomes difficult on occasion. The bane soldiers and berserkers have perfect models, with the exception of being super mutated. It's really not an overly mutated army, though they do have a lot of augmented units that are super-fied by extraneous means.

Re: Lore Discussion
Yeah. It's generally more useful to just use WC3 models/textures for creeps to save filespace. There are few exceptions, such as the awesome Hallowed Hunter texture I use. (Which has to exist for Fahren to have tusks anyways, so it works)
