If I relinquish all of my OP, will I be able to get rid of this curse?
If so, then I give all of my OP away.

Re: Altar of Sacrifice (Requests)
Fair enough, if you're willing to go above the administration on anything, then you'll do it again and you shouldn't have the power to do so.
Anyways, I feel that OP functions upon the principle of "Once you choose to be in, you can't just get out." It's like the mafia in that regard. It'd be very unfair if someone put a lot of OP into cursing you for you to just revoke OP altogether and get out of it. It'd entirely nullify the point and meaning of OP if that were to happen. In lieu of that, though, I feel that you can go back and earn enough OP to counteract the curse:
If after asking Kaome if those neg-points count towards helping you he says yes, then that means you need a net of 214OP to counter the curse and lift it. You have 88 right now, so you're well on your way. Furthermore, if you make a few friends along the way that are willing to support you, the amount you have to earn may go down tremendously!Current Status: 401 OP
Current amount of assumed neg-points: 187 OP

"I like what you've done with the place," speaks the Death Stalker, leaning against a nearby pillar.
"I had been saving this for a rainy day, but it seems that I must put more than my favor on the line this time."
He thumbs through a sack of coins, then tests the weight, just to be sure.
"One hundred twenty-six OP, to Reclaim the Reclaimer."
He looks down to his remaining 62 pieces, shrugging.
Time to go for broke... literally
"While the amount is paltry compared to the reward, I would still like to offer up what I have to sponsor another grand tournament of cunning and creativity. I humbly request that the birth of a second great hero contest, and hope that others would see the virtue in contributing to the pot as well.

And though you come out of each gruelling bout,
All broken and beaten and scarred,
Just have one more try—it’s dead easy to die,
It’s the keeping-on-living that’s hard.

I Have a Request.
What was said needs to be brought to my attention...or I might as well close this down.
It's not worth it if this is what happens.

Save your points stalker of Death.
I'm of mind to post a challenge anyway.
I need to think.

Re: Altar of Sacrifice (Requests)
The prophet passed the crudely constructed booth, wiping his hand across its counter, leaving a streak in the thick layer of dust that had formed. His business had taken him away, and now he had returned. Leaving the counter, he passed through the doors into the main hall and walked towards the Deathand. As usual, he waited until he was closer to the actual throne before speaking, not because he didn't think the Deathand could hear, but simply out of respect.
"I have a request."
He stopped short of the throne and dropped an empty sack onto the floor next to him.
"Of those individuals who have abandoned there right of Operator Points, you relinquished them of it. Since that time, they have sat, collecting dust, lacking both a purpose or master. So I request that you allow me the privilege of relieving you of such a burden, of allowing me to take these operator points which you have so long been trying to assign reason to, and allow me to find out what BABY's WILL has in store for them."

Re: Altar of Sacrifice (Requests)
The Deathand sat forward in his throne and rubbed his chin in thought.
"Bold Jericho Cross. Very bold indeed to waltz in here and demand the points earned by others hard labor..."
The Deathand paused.
"...and yet so easily abandoned."
Sitting back once more, the Deathand taps the center digit of his left hand against the throne...as if deciding.
"Fortune favors the bold...so be it Jericho Cross. Six-hundred and Eighty-Six points descend upon you."
A few small coins and a single large coin lands in the bag upon the floor.
"Take it and do what must be done...if anything the screaming of unfairness will at least let noise grace these halls once more."

A *Hrmph* comes from The Death Stalker, still leaning against the pillar.
"I hold my judgment for now, but this better be good. I realize I have little to say as its newest member, but to give such a gift to one outside the Order has gall."
"But, of course, if you've got a good enough idea, I'd be willing to pitch in."

Re: Altar of Sacrifice (Requests)
Loose bits of debris begin to swirl around the hall softly, as if spun by a tiny dust devil. A robed figure, face obscured save for two yellow eyes, haphazardly wanders into the chamber. Noting the Deathhand, he bows slightly and stands on his toes, nervous. He twiddles his thumbs before the tempestuous insignia on his tabard.
Well, he gulps anxiously, it seems this would be the fabled zone of lost offerings itself. Perhaps I may add to these relinquished rewards?
He pauses.
I am a ghost, Skybreaker, my body hewn from the winds of change and my mind a storm in itself. I am seen rarely, and when I am, am I really seen at all, I ask? Sigh. It would be simply appreciated to have a decent conversation, to have someone to listen, as well as a humble request from one such as myself.
Backing up while bowing, he accidentally knocks over a small table. Hurriedly returning it upright, he stands to the side and bobs on the balls of his feet, expectant.

Re: Altar of Sacrifice (Requests)
He nods politely.
I would simply request a tale to be told, in that world of Zenith's Ending and the Exile's Dunes. But in a manner unlike what has been seen before; for what if the stories were spun not of the last war...
..but the first?
He takes a quick breath.
A tale, I say, of what began the conflict that brought the Hallowed and the Bane to share blood and battlefield, and of the unsung legends that fought in this first war. Forgotten heroes, sparking a war that would end only with the sundering of the world. We, as apprentices of yourself, could merely be vessels to conduct these fallen heroes. To tell the tales not spoken for a thousand years. He places a large bag full of coin on the table. I am willing to relinquish everything I have earned to gain this request.
And lastly, I would merely like to thank you for the patronage you have given all of us for the rewards given in this haven. I hope I speak for all of us in that respect.
The figure backs away tactfully and waits by the table he had previously knocked over, twiddling his thumbs once again.
