Creepy Chinese Retard

Take a look at the Chinese woman at this site. Now observe how her dead stare follows your mouse pointer wherever you move it on the screen. Kind of a neat trick, huh? How do they do that?

But that's the least of my questions, the technical mumbo jumbo. The real questions come when you stop moving your mouse pointer and just let her head bob, as the seething creepiness of the life size virtual head that stares back at you becomes overwhelming.

Who is this woman? Is she in danger? If she is not, then why are her eyes so horribly bloodshot? Clearly, she has been drugged by her captors. And every once in a while, when her lips spontaneously part, why does she look so retarded? Is she retarded? Well yes, obviously, so why are the Chinese exploiting a retarded woman for fun and profit? And who does her hair? Are the products that she uses in it available in the U.S., or just in China? How might I get my hair to achieve that layered effect? But do those Chinese hair products... make one retarded?
