or maybe change or get rid of jhitas ice block
0rc, ice blocks are amazing, you don't need to change anything with Jhiters, he's fine.

I would rather see no change at all, and rather more progress made with Aotz3.

A circular ice block thing like a non-unit targeted version of Vela's Prison would make for lots of awesomeness.

It would make sense to do that, it would work somewhat well with his ultimate. But sometimes you can cage them in with icewall if you're lucky.

But if you do plan on changing it would be... The only thing that really annoys me sometimes in aotz is scamps meteor, AoE Size/ Indicator. The AoE is a tad bigger than indicator, and even thoguh I try and remember everyone, I always seem to move not far enough and still get it.. haha but this is not very important so i could care less if its fixed or not, or if it was intended.
