Story.

Level 1 Skill:
Radiance

• No Target, AoE
  Vivesh unleashes a blazing light from his body, healing self for X HP, blinds Vivesh and enemies around him for Y seconds.

Level 1 Skill:
Seal of Glory

• No Target, AoE Indicator
  Vivesh marks enemies in an AoE with a Seal. All sources of magical damage now adds X seconds of burn while all sources of physical damage now adds Y seconds of Maim. Seal of Glory lasts for Z seconds.

Level 1 Skill:
Haven/Sanctum

• Toggled Passive
  When toggled to Haven, all physical damage is reduced by X% based on number of conditions, and when toggled to Sanctum, all magical damage is reduced by Y% based on number of conditions.

Level 6 Ultimate:
Relinquish/Expelliarmus See what I did there?

• No Target, Toggled AoE
  Relinquish - All allies and foes nearby Vivesh have their conditions pulled to Vivesh and locks them in their current duration. Vivesh suffers all pulled conditions for X seconds or until Relinquish is toggled.
  Expel - All stored conditions in Vivesh is released and distributes all conditions to random nearby foes, dealing Y magical damage based on number of conditions applied.

I still think that the Ult probably does too many things. Damage to enemies if suffering a condition, pulling conditions from allies to heal him, and then self-condition at the end. There are 3 things that vary, it just seems like a lot.
