Strength; Order.

Level 1 Skill:
Spell Shield

• Target Allied Unit.
  The next condition target allied unit suffers from is negated and heals the target for X life.
  Y second cooldown.

Level 1 Skill:
Extinguish

• Instant Cast, No Target.
  All nearby allies lose all conditions on them. For each second of a condition removed in this way, this hero is muted for X seconds.

Level 1 Skill:
Armor of Purity

• Passive.
  This hero takes X% less damage from all sources, but Y% more for each condition he suffers from.

Level 6 Ultimate:
Sanctuary

• Active, Toggled.
  While activated, all nearby allies suffer for conditions for X% less duration and are healed by Y life when they suffer a condition. Drains mana per second.

A random hero I've been mulling over in my head, decided to post him. Probably imbalanced as hell, don't really mind. Just liked the way the skills worked together.

Nice synergy, would love to see this guy go up against Skittel or Tornne.

Is Armor of Purity's damage reduction always present, or only when the hero is not suffering from a condition?

Well, it would always be present. But if he has 3 conditions or more, the passive would do nothing. You can't really get that out of X's and Y's though. :p

Should a tank hero have an ultimate like Sanctuary?

This guy seems very paladin-ish in that he isn't a damage dealer but imba at the same time.
