Mental Reap

• Active, Target unit
  Steals X mana from the target unit to the caster. Steals 0.5x life if either the caster or the target are suffering from a condition.

Level 1 Skill:
Banishment

• Active, Target unit
  Turns the target unit invisible for X seconds and stuns it for X seconds.

Level 6 Ultimate:
Return

• Passive
  Sends all the condition to the target unit when she casts a spell. Has X seconds cooldown. (Only activates when she has a condition.)

This is actually a really sick hero.
