The shadowy figure peered into the orb.

"Hrm. These four individuals of the Order are disturbing the elements. Elements which are necessary to our domination. While Jhita has the fire mastered, and Atrius, the earth under his control, the light is bent by the lightbender, and darkness is mine. But..."

He thought. And then, he knew.

"Master, the clothing of slain soldiers you have asked for has arrived for you. I have only kept the metallic parts, as you have asked."

The parts that weren't in terrible shape were simply shredded to bits, but they would do.

The dual-bladed behemot vanished.

"Very well."

A rainless storm roared over the Desert of Exile.

Dis appeared anxious in his cage, and Arro attempted to calm the creature down. In vain.

On the orb flashed images of the Eld Runebearer, and of the three Anima brothers.

Level 1 Skill:
Chain Lightning
  • Targeted. Calls forth lightning to strike an enemy unit and bounce on nearby hostile units, dealing X magic damage to them. If a struck unit has a condition, the damage increases by Y% per bounce.
Level 1 Skill:
Overload
  • Targeted. Increase all damage done by a target by X% and causes it to burn for the duration. Lasts Y seconds.
Level 1 Skill:
Magnetize
  • Activated. Increases Galvan's damage by X and extends maim on nearby hostile units every seconds, but ruins Galvan until desactivated.
Level 6 Ultimate:
Polarization Aura
  • Passive, aura. As long a unit within range has a condition, hostile units nearby that unit take X damage.

I'd imagine it's like putting immolation on units with conditions. Through an aura.

Uhh, pigger has it right. The idea here is to apply a condition on an allied unit ( through overload ), yourself ( through magnetism ) and enemies ( through magnetism ) and basically see bunched up creeps annihilate themeselves

Pretty much!

I modified a few things and tried to clarify the ultimate. There are two main ways of playing him, it seems. The first one would be a chain lightning / magnetism build, where you'd basically maim a bunch of enemies, then chain them for maximum damage. Consider the ultimate, and overpower and it's carnage right there. Mostly, a caster build.

The second one is a little more subtle, where you'd use overpower and magnetize to buff up your damage by a bunch, and use chain / ult as complements. Maybe better against one on one targets, especially with items that give damage / rikter's / firebrand, and probably some of the newest.

Truth be told, I hadn't looked at your hero before you said that he sucked, Oxy. I was distracted by the big honking picture you put up. But now I shall review it!

Clarify who it causes burn on. Also, this could be a bit overpowered, as you have Galvan charging up a big-hitter like Sozen, Kassar, or Tristan and causing WTF amounts of damage.

Seems a bit bland, even with the conditions. Plus, Ranged heroes laugh at you and snipe Galvan.

This might have potential, though it seems more like a spell for Victor to me, for some reason. I know this could absolutely demolish condition heros like Exuro or Tornne.

Galvan doesn't absolutely suck, but he isn't your best work, at least in my opinion, Oxy.

He's a bane hero, btw :x

The chain lightning + cond damage is actually a spell of mine, which I used on two other not very succesful hero.

Magnetize may seem bland on its own, perhaps. But you have to look at it with the hero as a whole. Dis's hearburn looks boring on its own, until you realize that it makes him spawn a bunch of elementals with the ult, and removes the CD on his Distruction.

Same here; on its own, it's nothing amazing. But it buffs the chain lightning by a heckload, and gives great potential to the ultimate!

EDIT: Didn't mean to say that my hero's spell or Dis's were boring. I just meant that you couldn't comprehend their use until you looked at it in conjunction with other spells.
