Innate Skill:
The Ephemeral Blade
  • Whenever Natch hits an enemy or is hit, he gains 2% evasion. Evasion gained this way lasts 15 seconds.

What makes that innate necessary to the way you plan on having the hero play? Anything at all? Oh, and the hero name is way too close to snatch, you should probably be careful with that.

Or, you could do that, plus have other effects on the skills to make them useful at lvl 1, and then build the hero around blind. Then you don't need the innate.

Building it around blind will make things wtfrigged, because Blind's chance is huge. I could just make it count # of misses though... Hmm...

Building it around blind would make it fit the condition system instead of some arbitrary, gimmicky innate.
