And though you come out of each gruelling bout,
All broken and beaten and scarred,
Just have one more try—it’s dead easy to die,
It’s the keeping-on-living that’s hard.

This hero looks fun to use but Harmonics seems a bit iffy to me...

Awh, you didn't post the screenshots of me making it sound badass. :(
Gotta admit, the name turned out great. Naming a hero the Moonlight Sonata gives me chills.

I was gonna post them, but as I lack the means to upload the pictures... If it comes up again, I'll probably do it, but for now I just copied them in text form.

But yeah though, this guy would be fun as hell...

This guy is weird, but I would love to see him in DoE :3 (with some name changes of course... Mach Five just doesn't sound fantasy enough for DoE)

The ultimate could simply be On Damage, rather than On Critical. It'd be less luck based ( sucks ) and wouldn't require a tacky innate!

The innate does nothing to change the hero except make pretty red numbers appear. If you call that an innate, you may as well call Anick's use of life as 'mana' an innate as well. I consider it a feature rather than an innate, as it doesn't change the way the hero plays, just changes the way the hero feels when played, a la Anick.

...I guess I'm the only one that doesn't really like it? The innate means he does severe spike damage when he spikes, and hopefully little otherwise, but... I don't see any skills I really like.

Nah, it means he has the same damage range as say, Rikter, it's just that he either hits the minimum or the maximum of his damage range at any given time. It isn't an extreme case (ie. 1 damage or 100), it's more like 25 compared to 50. Besides, lots of people love heroes that live on "luck" so to say, but where skill still plays a large role.

I don't see how you get by playing DoE at all then. :p

I don't either, don't worry, you're not alone. I like the idea of delayed damage spell, but that doesn't justify making it point click. Look at schism, period. De plus, mach five = sin of pride.

I kinda see alot of potential with the ultimate, although it lacks condition interraction. The whole hero does, really.

Yeah, but that doesn't make it any less awesome in principle. I was just told "Here's a theme" and I whipped out a hero that doesn't suck. Condition interaction is something that can always be added anyways, I mean, half his skills scream it and just don't do it. (Yet?)

Here, okay, let me help you out... Mach Five dealing bonus damage per condition! Sonic Boom inflicting a 3 second mute on hit and on damage! Resonance causing bleed on every crit! I mean really, whoop de doo, not hard and I've just satisfied successfully every condition interaction problem you can think of.
Oxygen wrote:De plus, mach five = sin of pride.
Nah, more like Falcon Punch a la Whirlwind Edge + Pride fused.

You guys suck, everyone's so against click-shoot skills. People complain about (ie.) OFlare and I'm still convinced it requires more brainpower to use (correctly) than something like Fireball.

This kind of resembles Storm's contest hero :D. Sounds like MUTUO!~
