*Shrug* I'm fine with it if we're adding conditions. The way the skills are used aren't that bad. It's just I didn't like having "Haha, point-click damage. Nothing else, just damage. Weeeeee."

I always personified him as a dude like a fencer (Just you know, with sound stuff). So sure, fencer's stereotypically are a bit fruity, but that doesn't make them any less badass in their own right. Hence the name Roc; simple, yet still a bit gaudy and a little arrogant.
