Heavenfall deals more damage if you can rotate around your target in a fashion that always keeps them under a lightning bolt. Needless to say, I quite love Parhelios and think his damage output is exactly what I wanted it to be when I made him. With all of the condition dealing and his perpetual mana reserves (Sozen wishes he had Blood mana), I am not sweating it at all.
