BUGS: Anick Life Costs and Janise's Teleport

Two bugs, one minor and one more major.

1. When cast, should any of anick's spells' life costs exceed his existing life, he doesn't die. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but Dis does the same kind of thing with Distruction and he can die while casting that.

2. Janise can teleport to the trebuchets. This is extremely minor, just pointing it out.

Logue: Please replace the toilet paper when you use it all. For some reason my 5 year old son believes if it's not there he does not have to wipe.

Distruction hurts like a biscuit and can be spammed, thus you watch. I believe that's completely intentional regarding Anick/Dis.
And Janise teleporting to trebs does you no good.

What with trebuchets being removed in 1.13, the Janise bug isn't really an issue. Also, the Dis/Anick distinction is intentional.
