It's not Astelan's case that an Antivoidwalker enchanted the lionblade.
Antivoidwalker wouldn't step in to grant someone some power anway.

Yes, Exuro is the Voidwalker of Destruction.VZManticoran wrote:So, he's the Voidwalker of Destruction, I'm assuming?
And I explained it all to Sent last night, Tristan is more a pawn than a servant in the matter. There is a huge subplot concerning a bunch of characters with ulterior motives for what they are doing. All is not black and white, and this story certainly is not so simple as the Bane against the Order.
Needless to say, Kephket has nothing to gain from speaking to Tristan as she has no clue that the Arbiter Caste would drift from the Order's ranks. No one can see the future perfectly, and the 'shadow' only spoke to Tristan once, so there was no further manipulation to be had. Additionally, the council members weren't even in the Antivoid when Tristan's story took place. (Be wary of dates, they're all bound to change eventually to be more in-tune with a typical human life span, but the order in which they occur has been carefully thought out)
Not only that, there is only one darker gift from an even darker God. Think hard, kiddies, where else have I used that line before?

Pretty sure it's in Grayl's story for AotZ.Rising_Dusk wrote:Not only that, there is only one darker gift from an even darker God. Think hard, kiddies, where else have I used that line before?

It's amazing how the little details that get frequently overlooked give the most information.

I could have sworn that Tristan's story had some fair shadow maiden in it...

Is Brother Victor the overall supreme commander of the Hallowed Order in DoE? If not who is?
Is Astelan the overall supreme commander of the Hollowed Order in AoTZ? If not who is?
Who is the overall supreme commander of the Bane in DoE?
How did Legion become the overall supreme commander of the Bane in AoTZ? What happened to the leader of Bane in DoE?

Re: Lore Discussion
What is this overall supreme commander stuff? Why does a group need a leader, haven't you ever seen an oligarchy? The Order never has an "overall supreme commander," and the Bane only has a leader in the sense that everyone leads their own cadre and does their own thing.

Well supreme overdid it a bit but you make several mentions of Legion being a leader/tatics person and how the ebony blade being his replacement one day. Was wondering if Brother Victor and Astelan filled the same rolls for the Order and if not who did? Also how did Legion come to "lead/guide" the Bane after DoE?

Re: Lore Discussion
Legion was Azzr's apprentice per se, so when Azzr fell at the DoE, Legion took over tentative control of the ground troops. Exuro is still 'in charge' I guess, but there are so many subplots and ulterior motives to be had that no one really controls anything. It's very haphazard at the least.

Exuro holds sway over the Dagur yes?
How much sway? 100%? 95%?
Enough to say...suit some purpose one could come up with?
