I feel sorry for you, if you think about teamwork that way.

Yeah, I know. I had to get a few people to help me figure out how to get it working. Stupid me.Rectifier wrote:Dude, dont use image tags on a download link.
If you want the image to show on your post, host it on a website like imageshack or paintbucket and then paste the link from that kind of site onto image tags.
Well, I'm sorry for the double post, but this is what should have been there to start with.
I was going to go off at you because YOU were the one who kept getting all the kills I was assisting you with ... but then I saw the sarcasm. ANYONE who looks at teamwork that way should be shot.Fledermaus wrote:Because assisting is for noobs who can't kill?
Repeatedly.
"How's that for a slice of fried gold?"

It's not that, I just think that people who believe kills are all that matter (and not assists) are stupid.
I don't really think either of them matter. If you can't push, you lose. But it's fun to look at the scoreboard and see double double-digits.

Not when those digits are in the "Deaths" column.
Re: Polishing a few options, regulating the machine
Funny, in some maps I'm the "sucide run" guy who ends up tipping the balance, but has no kills or assists.
In others, I'm the deusch that point nukes right before the last hit to get the kill.
And in yet others, I'm the guy who debuffs the shit out of somebody to allow others to kill them.
It all depends on the situation and the hero you have.

With Vela, you ARE the assister. Your assists will probably amount to five times your kills.
With Tornne, the best strategy early game is to throw Taint at enemies whenever you can. They don't think it's that much of a problem until they're under 200, and then there's a good chance you can peg them for a kill when they're rushing back to their towers. After early game, the best thing to do, if you're really into getting kills, is to look for weakened heros. If they have 80% of their health, you can take them. Or, if you've gained levels fast and are 2 or more above the Order heros, just go to town. You can start eating heros for breakfast. The games where you get 20+ kills and less then five deaths are when you've reached 21, and others are still struggling to get past 16. When they're afraid to come out of their base, you know you've got it .
(If we ever do do a hero guide section, I can probably manage Tornne)
I dunno what sort of guy I am. I LIKE to get tons of kills, but it doesn't always happen. It usually depends on what level I am in relation to the Order heros. If they're above, we'll struggle, and I may get 2-4 kills, a few assists, and 10+ deaths. If they're below, I'll pwn. I think it's that way for every AoS though.

Ask yourself this question:
Two Lv.10 heroes Vs. One Lv. 12 hero.
That's what I thought, teamwork will overcome those levels.
And I've had games where they're all 18, we don't have one yet we still win because of teamwork and strategic lane pushing.

Nothing makes me happier than to take a risk and charge head-first into a hero with 4 levels on me. Some heroes it works great against, some just destroy me. Freakin' Atrius when he's fed is like the most destructive thing on this planet. If you can't maim/blind him before he vanishes and he gets one CS on you, kiss your sorry ass goodbye.

Actually, my immediate response was "Yum, faction." All depends on their skill and intelligence, really.RadON wrote:Ask yourself this question:

What if they are agility or strength (yes it is a joke).TheIrishPatriot wrote:Actually, my immediate response was "Yum, faction." All depends on their skill and intelligence, really.RadON wrote:Ask yourself this question:

Re: Polishing a few options, regulating the machine
oblivion seal doesn't give assists, at least, I've noticed about a month ago, and according to loki in yesterday's game
it's probably the case for most non-damaging effect spells which... well... boneprison does, transversal does, and I can't think of any other spells like that anyways.
