Polishing a few options, regulating the machine

This is where all random discussion about DoE goes. If it doesn't feel like it fits anywhere else but is still related to the map, this is the place to post it.

Well technically there aren't many non-damaging spells, I don't think Order has any offensive non-damaging spells.

Will Discord always creating MASSIVE lag will be somehow fixed in 1.09?
It's basically as laggy as Arke's lag cannon.

Only with too many units. It's already been fixed in 1.09 though, I've said that at least a dozen times.

What about Armageddon?

My friend complained that it was too laggy for him.

I would claim he needs a new computer then; Armageddon is little more taxing on a computer than the Archmage's Blizzard is.

Ahh, so it's actually a blizzard with random variations! I should've known.

How about making a huge fountain in the middle of the map that would take 1/3 the total space and give vision to people around it? Wouldn't that be great?

That's make for some awesome battles around the fountain. I think it'd have to have a lower regeneration speed than the fountains in the base though, that way you can't just run circles around the fountain while you're being attacked until an ally of yours shows up to save you.

I think it'd make for bigger battles in the middle lanes, too, which I like. I hate going bottom/top, it's just not as much carnage.

It's basically as laggy as Arke's lag cannon.
I've only ever had this lag about twice for me, and that was when I cast it INSIDE their base while pushing the middle lanes, while I had 50 creeps behind me and both of their expo's spawned 4 extra creeps.
"How's that for a slice of fried gold?"

Yeah and additionally remove both side lanes, hero arenas are better anyway.
