It wont matter terribly much. He looks pretty bada** right there but he might look a bit better if it was just a circlet.

Yeah, it's really fine right now. It doesn't look bad at all, just odd, which is just fine.

I highly doubt changing 12 pixels is going to delay .09 longer. Shit, I could probably do that edit myself if need be, I'm not totally void of photoshop knowledge. I'm just asking from a visual standpoint, which would you guys like more?

As long as I can't see both of them, I can't tell my opinion. This Sozen skin looks ten times better, than the old one, so it really doesn't matter.
