It's a very slate blue, which is typical of baneites.

Yes, actually (Or very, very close to this). That's the wonderful thing about skinning in low-resolution. What you see is what you get. You notice that a lot with KR's skins, since they're all 256, and now too this one will look just this good. I've already imported it and all.

Quite a few, although none are getting 'totally reskinned', just updated.
All of the new heroes get skins though, of course.

The only thing I find unappealing in Vela's form would be the glaring ribcage. <_<

However, that adds to the realism, so thumbs up.

I like the rib cage. It's very fitting of the hero.
