Wouldn't Tornne's aura conflict with the heart of rendabi?

I meant as permaruin.

I'd be a little worried about the Heart of Rendabi. It seems like it would be over powered on some characters. Glyphe in paticular springs to mind if it hits anyone hit by Cloudburst Aura with Ruin.

Infinite loop, good point! I can code to avoid that. Thanks for the note.

I'm not particularly worried, I'll be having private betas to test the balance as things get further along. We'll sort the numbers out as we go, but the effect is solid. It's too amazing of an effect to not include.

I do think it should cost more though, seeing as how 6 factions isn't all that much.

Maybe we dont get that much faction through simple hero killing in the next version?^^
The items sounds nice but iam not that good of a player to jugde if theyre balanced or not.

About the heart of rendabi, wouldn't it be more balanced, and easier to code if it dealt ruin when the holder dealt spell-based damage? That way you don't have ridiculous things like contagion, gluttony, vivify, and flickerflame when the target isn't burning triggering the item. It would also very elegantly use your new damage detection system.

Still, the idea of everything within 500 range of glyph instantly becoming ruined seems nasty.

Glyphe became less nasty if you imagine Tornne with Contagion on + Genobee with Bloodletter swarm.

stacking refuges on geno sounds sexy :D. on a more serious note heart sounds like its gonna be the new hero killers fav item but would it work on perp hits like anicks?
