How about the Orc Shaman, Dusk? Lots of talk of storms and destruction and stuff and not as deep as the Archimonde or Eredar voices are. No funky accents, too!

I dunno, the Shaman voice is pretty deep; almost as much as the Eredar, I think. But I don't really know what you're looking for Parhelios, so yeah.
