So yeah, there's going to be one more hero contest.
I'll type it up tonight when I get home, which can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours away, so you may or may not read it tonight.

But yeah... Generate some interest, rawr.

I wasn't in the previous hero contest, but maybe I'll try this one out. I've never really thought about making a hero or even spells for DoE, though, so here's hoping I don't disappoint too much.

I had good ideas for scoring and such so I figure I'll judge this time. If you don't mind.

Couldn't you simply be able to submit a hero and put judgement on others? Or would that affect neutrality too much?

Would you not be biased towards voting other heroes down so your own might do better? The only way to ensure neutrality is to immediately disqualify judges from participating.
