Shock sounds good. Maybe disable or reduce regeneration, cause a degeneration, and make any instance of it last a really long time?
Burn and bleed are there for that.
The idea of a 8th condition doesn't seem to be exciting that much to him, I think it's moot to try and find another one. I don't know if he plans to give more love to Maim, it would give credit for another hero.
