The sandstorm lasts 9 seconds at all levels.
It blinds enemies every second for 2 seconds at all levels.
Back on topic:
The only things that should be changed are Innert's ultimate's cost (none as of right now) and his Dismission Aura.

What the hell. I did check in single player. It applies a 2 second blind every second, non-stacking. So if they walk out of it, their blind ends in 1 second. How in the world could you possibly say --

Sounds like a game where Bane didn't know how to play. Seriously, where's the bane heroes? Dusk already said he'd be increasing Schism's radius and taking away the blind, if I recall correctly.
On another subject: Am I the only one that thinks Rose's Guided Arrows need a buff? About the only thing they're good for is applying the bleed from her ultimate at a huge distance, as far as I can tell. Sure, you can use them to harass heroes even without Thorns of the Rose on, but I still say they could use a small boost. oO

Ztera & Zuma's skills shouldn't pause their movement (or any other action).
"Zuma, strike!" stops Ztera from moving so she can cast the spell.
"Zuma, roawr!" stops Zuma from moving so he can cast his +20 armor buff.
Not entirely sure about Rampage, but same idea.

Compare Guided Arrow to Bladewind. GA not only deals less damage, but isn't targeted, doesn't inflict a condition on its own, and doesn't hit multiple units in an area. Seriously.

Blind, hero generally has to be balanced, not separate skills. Rose is strong enough now. And homing arrows are a secondary skill, doh. Crossfire is first. It's like with that condition heal on Victor- it's secondary, or even third, because all take Vivify and Fist of Heaven first. But it is useful in CERTAIN situations.

Rose is powerful 'enough' as is, but she is powerful entirely negating the existence of Guided Arrow. That realization is why it needs a buff, so that it is included in a viable build setup. Why would you even bother getting it now until you absolutely have to? Do you not agree that it should be a viable choice anywhere along the skill-selection line?

Guided arrows only need 1 early, mostly used for applying bleed on a fleeing hero when your speed bonus isn't enough. Or shooting atrius. Other than that, it's an extremely bad spell. I think it needs to set a priority against heroes, and perhaps a damage reduction to even that. But right now? Ew.
