Making a Distinction
When discussing condition usage, apply means that the duration of the condition is set to X, and extend means that the duration of the condition is increased by X, yes? No?

Indeed. I can see how that might be confused with a topic about Dis.
Next question: If a bleed duration is applied to a unit which is already bleeding, and the existing duration is greater than the applied duration, does the new duration take precedence, or does the old one?
