Dis spell base?

If I can ask, what is a base spell for Distruction? I was struggling to find any spell with absolutely no casting time. Some spells, which were meant to have absolutely nothing do actually have like 0.2 sec or so. Fastest I've found was Fan Knives.

Possibly self-casted spell, try looking at buffs. I forget which spell it is...
The one that increases attack speed I guess.

No, Berserk has no activation time. Distruction is based upon battle roar.
