Spell same like Dagurnott
Could someone please explain me how can I make a spell like "Enemies must die!"?

That'd interrupt channeling spells.

It also wouldn't produce the same behavior as EMD. You need to manage the orders and the groups collected by casts of the spell. Basically, group up the units it affects, and have them follow the target around and take its orders. (You can detect orders given) If you want it to be simple and don't mind the behavior associated with it, simply ordering affected units to "smart" to the target works.
