I do!

There are 3 main methods.
1: Don't think about it, chances are if you do this perfectly you will forget it (Depends on intensity of memory)
2: Medical help, medicines, hitting you self on the head really hard, psychologist (Multiple censuses show that Buddhists have best results when using psychology to treat truama.)
3: Rewiring of the brain via precise shocks and chemical injections. Note: This practice is not legal and is far from perfect. Death may occur.
