Your NAME-
So, what made you pick your forum user name? Was it a spur of the moment combination of numbers and words, a reference, your real name, or what?
Personally, I chose TheIrishPatriot first on warcraft 3, after TheIrishSoldier. I lost that account somehow, and decided that my next one shouldn't be quite so provocative. And then I've stuck as TIP on every internet account I've used since.
So! Yours?

Re: Your NAME-
Yay for old account names.
During SC times, I was ChronoShifter321. And then I joined Op UMS to change my account into UMS_Evil-One. After for awhile, I lost contact with a bunch of the guys at UMS. So I changed my account to Loki-The-Hero. Then Wc3 came by, had to get into the new RTS craze and stuck with Loki-The-Hero ever since. Now I'm just trying to get the Loki account :x

Re: Your NAME-
For every game or forum I need an account name for, I pretty much just use whatever happens to be the name I go by at the time, hich changes ever couple of months or so. For Jericho Veronus, Jericho comes from 'Jericho Cross' from the console game Dark Watch, which for those of you who aren't familar with it is a Steam-punk genre type first person shooter about vampires and undead in the wild west. And then Veronus comes from the name of one of the main characters in HBO's Rome series.

Kaome I am, Kaome I shall be.
Henceforth all men shall call me Deathand.
Kaome Sheli is Choctaw for 'Sky Messenger'
Kaome Deathand (Death - Hand) is a name I've carried since way back when you could get by with just scrapped knees.
Which is to say a very long time.
Sometimes I will use Legion or Legio (Biblical Reference) for certain things.
Sometimes I will use the Seven Deadly Sins (Original) for namesake.
It's just always been Kaome.
It is who I am.
Henceforth all men shall call me Deathand.

Re: Your NAME-
I hope you altered it intentionally, the Rome character is called Vorenus.Jericho Veronus wrote: Veronus comes from the name of one of the main characters in HBO's Rome series.
The origin of my nick - my name is Andrzej, which translates to Andrew. Andriej is Russian Andrew wrote the 'Polish' way. The second j is there because barely anyone doubles letters in their nicks, thus I never have problems with registering this account name ^_^
Re: Your NAME-
Would you believe that the first time I made my Battle.Net account, I had just kicked everyone out from my apartment after a raging party and had been trying to spell "Venom"? Instead, in my inebriated state, I thought I had spelled "Vennom" when in reality I had spelled Vinnam. In the end, I just went with it, and i've been using this name or a variation of it ever since.
Thank god I managed to type my password right, otherwise I might have had to make a new account

Re: Your NAME-
I remember making a Luigi account in Diablo 1 when I first started playing it in multiplayer (I was like... 5 years old I think), then started to make blablaman3 in Warcraft 2(I tried to make blablaman but it was taken, I think...). I stuck with it until I had to join a clan which I needed to put an i before my name, and I left the 3 behind. Then, in a random night, scarlet reversed it and made Namalbalbi, and I stuck with it since then
Re: Your NAME-
My account doesn't have an interesting story behind it. It's my WC3 account, too, so I just stuck with it. As far as why I made it on WC3 in the first place, it was just a name I liked and was available (which was a big deal to some people, apparently, since I've been asked to trade it numerous times oO) when I first logged on WC3's East server.

I'll lie and say I've gone with Kurogamon all this time. It's from Nabari no Ou if you didn't already know, and I picked it on a whim because I happened to pass by the manga on a random browse of some forums, and because I've used random weapon names whether I made them up, other people made them up, or are in some published work.
Can you hear them?

Re: Your NAME-
I chose Psiclone because most of my account names are plays-on-words (inspired by a friend who uses "thanksforthemammaries" in most of his accounts).

Re: Your NAME-
Yes It was intentional, most of the names I take are usually with a letter's difference, like for a while when I went by Azreal from the comic book hero 'Azrael'andriejj wrote:I hope you altered it intentionally, the Rome character is called Vorenus.Jericho Veronus wrote: Veronus comes from the name of one of the main characters in HBO's Rome series.
