Yes, TF2 is my favorite game to play. I've probably played it more than anyone here. I know we once had a little VZ get-together a long time ago, perhaps we should try it again sometime.

To have a range greater than 700 you will need to change the unit's aquisition range as well. So if the range is 1000, aq is 1000. For the passive spell, do what Zante said, make an upgrade based on long rifles, when the ability is learned, get the level of the ability, set the level of the upgrade ...

Yes the engine can detect chat (Strings and such), I have seen it done in several maps. This one map called Plane Hunter or some such thing made chat come out garbled to prevent the dead players from giving things away. Pings, I don't know, but I don't see any reason to detect them. -- Ok, the face ...

An important thing to remember: Don't make an AoS just to make an AoS. Go into the map with a goal, don't go into the map and then create a goal. You need less gray in your art. It's not interesting to the eye at all and really crashes with the vibrance of the rest of the skin.

There's an ability under (Neutral Hostile?) I think that is used by Goblin Nightscope. Create a 200 version and a -200 version. Add the 200 version to the caster, add -200 to target. At end of duration remove both of them.

That works Soul, but it's very ew when they just reappear next to you. The name Vacuum leads me to believe he wants a smoother transition. If you would like an over-time pull try this: So do what Soul started for the conditions/event, make the action to turn Vacuum2 on, wait X seconds, turn Vacuum2 ...

In Gears of War, nothing was really new except for the chainsaw and the finishers themselves And besides; aren't all shooters effectively the same thing since they are all based on the fundamental idea of shooting crap? And if they were all the same game but with different graphics, than I wouldn't...
