Apparently Battlenet is turning into a bigger project than they expected so Starcraft II gets a push back to 2010.

Bringing back the classics
As I'm sure everyone has noticed that there has been a shortage of quality RPGs as of late on the PC. I think the latest RPG that I picked up and played for over a few months has been World of Warcraft (Oh no WoW but that was when it was good :D [Yes it was good, mock if you want]) and even that was...

Re: Battlefield Heroes
Well in a sense no but in a sense yes. Sure the characters are cartoony but even though it is a cartoony shooter in third person it gives a sense of the Battlefield series at the same time. One major difference between Battlefield Heroes and Team Fortress 2 is that in heroes you level up your charac...

Battlefield Heroes
Well a few days ago I was accepted into the Battlefield Heroes beta. First I must say that I was amazingly excited since I had been on the waiting list for well over a year but despite the wait I think it was all worth it in the end. Especially with all the Scout craziness and apparently the new jum...

Re: The Scout Update
Redsex you are looking at balance in the most rudimentary way. Balance isn't just x class vs. y class, it's the balance between the classes and their roles. Sure the unlockables were to make the classes more mailable but it wasn't to change the game to a point to warp balance entirely. This hurts th...

Re: The Scout Update
The biggest issue with the Sandman that it completely broke away from the melee unlockable pattern that was established by Valve in the previous 3 updates. Whilst the melee unlocks have all been pretty much seen as upgrades but at the same time very slight upgrades in the long run due to the drawbac...

Re: The Scout Update
He meant no new meet the video. The last three are medic, spy and pyro. Also they hinted towards a new gamemode but unfortunately didn't release it.
Yeah this update has been kind of a slight let down

Re: Potions
I think the only change that could/should be supported is that the potion follows a rampup formula IE: Health healed = x ^ (y*z) where x = initial health healed, y = seconds, z = random multiplier to make it all work out Basically in the end the same amount of health is healed but the short term gai...

Re: Potions
But if you have it in such a percentage fashion it either nerfs it hardcore to a point of no return for low hp classes or that it buffs it hardcore again to a point of no return. Unless you want to have a complicated formula such as: Heals for x capping at y% of hero's max health Or inversely Heals ...

Re: Potions
A solution could be to have potions heal %'s (Not sure if this is possible but maybe you could revamp a self healthward buff with playing around with % numbers) however this would then weaken low health heroes and buff high health heroes. In the end there is no way to actually stop a low health hero...

Re: Potions
Whitewater is a reusable item correct? (I haven't been on lately to play) If so does it really matter since over long term useage it will easily pay for itself?
OR you can be evil and use the potions in conjunction to whitewater to have 2 condition cleansers (Not sure if they share cooldowns)
