If we then set the unit's collision off it can pass over (through) other units and buildings. But how to make it pass through cliffs, rivers, etc.? Or it is a different method?

I thought there was an action to take a random number but when I checked the WE I couldn't find one.
If shock means stun I can suggest some lame way to do it. Summon a dummy with 55% bash next to the target and have it attack it. Never used dummies and don't know if it'd work though.

I think internally all units have a level (set in the editor). Then I could multiply their level by 5 or something to get their respective attribute numbers. I've seen maps with all the creeps being heroes as well.

Something like that is an option as well. But what my first idea was to make it that if you are better than someone at a certain way, you nullify or greatly reduce his chance to harm you in that way. E.g. you are very agile - your enemy won't be able to critical you, nor to evade your attacks. Or he...
