Re: Progress Update
I actually miss the spawn hero AI a lot. One of my favorite things about AotZ back in 1.00 was that spawn heroes were so much niftier than spawn towers in that they had their own sets of skills to bring to the table when beating back the onslaughts of would-be conquerers. That being said, what exact...

Re: Rixxus, the Voidbound Destroyer
That's what I said in response to your first post - that I shoulda just made it the ultimate. I'm still working on it, since I don't want to create another epic Symphony of the Night type ultimate where a hero just becomes imba by using his omgtransformz power. Unless it were toggleable... Hm...

Re: Rixxus, the Voidbound Destroyer
Ah. I've always been guilty of fluffing, heh. My English comp teacher tells me all the time. I'll try to cut down on the crap and rework the suggestions. I dunno why I do, this but for some reason I like to tweak suggestions until the finished product satisfies me. At this point, the idea is for the...

Re: Rixxus, the Voidbound Destroyer
I'd had a good concept in mind when i started, and, as usual, can't make it seem like it's not just a gimmick. >.< Fixed Infernal Inscriptions, sorta, so it now restores mana and grants spell resistance, but is an offensive skill while Released. I was also thinking of doing a complete remake, making...

Rixxus, the Voidbound Destroyer
The hero would look like an Obsidian Statue with a ghostly Obsidian Devourer (Destroyer?) sort of "tethered' to it via a purple lightning effect. The spell animations would show the statue and the "ghost" casting spells, and the Release spell would show the spirit fly into the statue and break free....

Re: Pyrax, Shifting Inferno
What if, instead of that lamez0rs Consuming Flame, you used a skill that did something like remove Burn conditions from the hero and explode outward, extending burn conditions on enemies for the remaining duration of Burn on the target? Pretty similar to the first skill, but still an improvement in ...

Actually, 42 per 3/4 seconds means that in 3 seconds, it would drain 168 mana, if I have my math correct...

Re: Granitor Stoneslab, Protector
I'd like to point out that any way you slice it, making a tree into a weapon is a no-no. Where are the trees in the middle lanes? I'd have to say that a model using some sort of stone stick would be better suited to the situation, but that means getting a modeler. :-/

Re: Sheloth, the Desert Creeper
FORSAKEN One. He's the main idea behind that T'Leth ideer. "Omigar, Forsaken One's not big enough to make a portal to the Void yet." I haven't read all the lore, though. I should go find that now...

Sheloth, the Desert Creeper
Sheloth Desert Creeper Intelligence (Int is actually medium low-ish. Has low agility and high strength); Bane. As far as models go, I haven't quite figured it out yet. But picture desert-y Forgotten One tentacles. I'm not sure about collision, though, so that could be an issue. ...And there stood b...

Re: T'Leth, Seed of the Forsaken
Well, I'm trying to come up with a hero that fits DoE better, using tentacles instead of baneites. A kind of kraken of the desert. Problem's finding a model. <.<

T'Leth, Seed of the Forsaken
T'Leth Forsaken Seed Intelligence (Int is actually medium low-ish. Has low agility and high strength); Bane. ...And there stood before me the most hideous abomination I had beheld in my entire life. Those baneites were one thing, but this... This creature appeared on the battlefield as a plague, co...
