Visually imparied sues sony

A place to talk about serious "real life" stuff without having to place it in between a demand by Blankie for food and Logue's latest almost-pr0n thread.

Grand Theft Auto, Helen Keller edition.

I think an explanation of the "Reasonable demands" part will really help. For example, if Sony simply declines to write some code that puts a glowing red circle or something such over parts of the game on demand, then it would be somewhat unreasonable.

But this guy is being pretty ridiculous. Video games are targeted towards a specific audience, and they're not a life-crucial service. Apparently this particular law applies to games also?

And if he's so heavy on that, go play NetHack. A brilliant example of accessibility.
Can you hear them?
